Environmental Impact Report
The studies conducted prior to December 2006, the additional specialist studies as well as the Issues Report will be incorporated in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR).
The EIR will describe the development and will identify potential impacts generated by the construction and operation of the proposed project.
An Environmental Management Plan (EMP) will also be provided which will make recommendations for the mitigation of the potential impacts.
The draft EIR will be made available to the public for comment prior to finalisation and submission. |
